Emergency service

It’s possible to add dosimeters during the current wear period.

This emergency request must be made before 11.00 am (Paris local time) only by phone to our Customer Service: +33 (0)1 40 95 62 90 or email service@landauer-fr.com from monday to friday, from 9:00 to 17:00.

Subject to the respect of those conditions and the production capacity, your dosimeters will be shipped within two working days. Otherwise, the shipping will fluctuate between 2 and 5 days.

Emergency analysis is available for dosimeters of participants suspected of receiving overexposure.

1. Call our Customer Service at +33 (0)1 40 95 62 90 from monday to friday, from 9:00 to 17:00
   Have the following available:
   • Account number;
   • Name and phone number of the person to be contacted with the dose reading(s);
   • Number and types of dosimeters being returned;
   • Means by which you are shipping the dosimeters;
   • Source of exposure;
   • Any other information you feel pertinent.
2. Send the dosimeters by express courier   with an enclosed note giving the name and phone number of the person to contact to:

If you have only one control dosimeter for several participants, please keep it.

LANDAUER will immediately process the dosimeter and send the dose to the appropriate contact.

In case of criticality accident, please call as soon as possible LANDAUER on +33 (0)1 40 95 52 30.

A specialist will guide you through the return procedures of your detectors.

We will send you a replacement dosimeter in emergency.
